Now is the time to create the relationships you were meant to have
Let’s face it: in the age of social media, most people only post the happiest moments of their life; nobody shows us their dirty laundry.
We are all inundated with rosy engagement photos, heartwarming anniversary posts, and other forms of relationship “success-bombing.”
As a result, it’s easy to feel like you’re alone in your relationship problems. You may feel tempted to hide your issues and keep up appearances.
But you don’t have to pretend, struggle, or settle for less any longer.
If you are ready for healthier and more fulfilling relationships with others and yourself, you are in the right place.
Whether you are looking to improve intimacy or communication, learn effective strategies for coping with relationship issues, or gain clarity and insight into who you are, relationship coaching is for you.
Hi, I’m Meredith
I’m a New York City-based coach and psychotherapist here to help you navigate the challenges of dating and relationships.
First and foremost, I want you to know that it’s a good thing you’re here!
Relationships are hard. Whether they involve a parent, friend, colleague, spouse, or BFF, it’s normal for conflict and disconnection to arise.
In fact, when a relationship doesn’t have disagreements, that’s usually a bad sign. Without conflict, a relationship cannot grow. The challenge is learning to navigate conflict healthily and effectively, something you can achieve through coaching.
My Approach
Relationships take work, but that doesn’t mean that coaching has to be heavy and serious. My approach to the healing process is fun, playful, and relaxed.
I want to empower you to shine, be yourself, and focus on what brings you joy as much as what causes discomfort and conflict. You deserve a chance to let go of your inhibitions and just be you.
Are you in a relationship or friendship that’s starting to feel stuck? Do you struggle to set healthy boundaries with your loved ones? Do you feel like you pull all the weight in your relationship?
Are you struggling with an invisible illness? Do you get tired of having to explain yourself to people who are healthy? Does it feel like no one understands the pain you face on a daily basis?
